<p>The final month of Winter has greeted us. A month that intuitively feels like an opportunity to start to gather the learnings, growth, and reflect on what you have let go of over the last two months. A final pruning opportunity for you!<br></p>



<p>And very naturally, as you create space to contemplate, you are also simultaneously creating space to bring more of what’s good and BEST for you in your life.</p>



<p>I encourage you to sit with the below questions and write your responses down to assist you in this reflection practice.&nbsp;<br></p>



<p><em>What have you released for GOOD?</em></p>



<p><em>Where do you feel a little lighter in your life compared to how you were feeling back in June?</em></p>



<p><em>Where have you applied your ‘no’s’ more often than usual?</em></p>



<p><em>What strategies, resources, people, and environments have supported your new becoming? What ones have you let go of?</em></p>

<p>Knowing Spring is around the corner; a season of seeds starting to grow and gain momentum, new life coming into form, and liveliness starting to build &#8211; ENJOY these final weeks of the solitude season.<br><br><strong>My suggestions: </strong></p>



<p>Take it slow.<br>Be SUPER kind to yourself.<br>Bring more tenderness into your day.<br>Savour the pauses.<br>Embrace simply BEING here now, and</p>



<p>Celebrate all the good that has come into your life since the start of Winter (remember it is the simple things that matter most).&nbsp;<br></p>

<p>The month of May has arrived with guidance to permit yourself to keep connected to practices, people, places, and energies that LIFT you!</p>



<p>I find anchoring myself back into my values helps me keep connected first and foremost. For example, feeling the energy of self-love, joy, simplicity, focus, and patience has been helpful for me to remain aligned with higher energies throughout the day.</p>



<p>Notice when you are tapping into the energy of &#8216;force&#8217; and &#8216;pressure&#8217;, and DECIDE to lean more into the energy of&nbsp; &#8216;trust&#8217;, &#8216;being&#8217;, and &#8216;presence&#8217; is key here.</p>



<p>Keeping tapped into this energy can be easier said than done, I know. Yet, as I share the 3 D&#8217;s with clients, it takes &#8216;dedication, deliberate action, and discipline&#8217; to make changes!</p>



<p>It is time to start putting what is important to you and lights you up first, knowing the rest will follow.</p>



<p>If you find this difficult to do, I recommend jotting down values that you align to and feeling into actions that align with living out these values.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Change is in the air for many of us. I mean, we are always changing and growing, that is part of our nature of being human. However, there are times in our lives when significant changes happen.&nbsp;</p>



<p>It may be a sudden change in career direction, home location, friendships and relationships, health, or even internal shifts in thought and habits.&nbsp;</p>



<p>More commonly than not, we humans tend to &#8216;hold on&#8217; to ways of being, seeing, and living out of fear and wanting (<em>not</em> &#8216;<em>needing</em>&#8216;) certainty.&nbsp;</p>



<p>It takes time to build the muscle to <em>&#8216;let go&#8217; </em>and <em>allow </em>change to happen naturally without trying to control outcomes in our lives.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>A few tips that help me stay in this energy during change include:</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Creating space in my schedule to sit with myself, particularly outside on land to cultivate stillness and strength within. </li>



<li>Becoming attuned to where my mind tries to take me in each moment. Anchoring back into my breath and heart when I notice my mind is not present in the now. </li>



<li>Upping the amount of time I spend doing things that light me up. I have been playing more soothing music and dancing in my living room moreso lately!  </li>
</ul>



<p><em>Remember, caring for yourself gives you strength and power, which is especially needed during times of uncertainty and change!</em>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Summer has arrived, the season of activation, growth, and community. It is time to lean into this energy to not only close out 2023, but also open the new year of 2024 with more faith, peace, and gratitude.  </p>



<p>Faith in the ‘seeds’ you have planted in Winter, the watering and initial growth of the seeds in Spring, to full bloom in Summer.  </p>



<p>Allowing yourself to sit in the energy of peace is important during this time, particularly for those who have been making changes in themselves and their lives for the better. It doesn’t mean to stop taking steps, but rather, let go of the grip from needing to ‘know’ to trusting what you have been building for yourself. &nbsp;</p>



<p>An activity I have been consistently doing for the last few months inspired by Rhonda Byrne is called ‘Counting your blessings’, which has helped me come back to this energy of faith, peace and abundance that is already here.  </p>



<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What to do:</span> </p>



<p>Before you start your day, write 10 things you are grateful for in your life in a journal. Each day I want you to write a new list of things you’re grateful for. Examples of how to start your sentences can include:&nbsp;</p>



<p>“I am truly blessed for&#8230;” </p>



<p>“I am so happy and grateful for&#8230;” </p>



<p>“Thank you for&#8230;”  </p>



<p>“With all my heart, thank you for&#8230;” </p>



<p>At the end of each blessing you write, say &#8220;thank you, thank you, thank you&#8221; aloud. Try your best to stick to this for the next 30 days and be sure to witness and take note of differences you notice in your mind, body, and spiritual health.  </p>

<p>A key theme for the month ahead – releasing the belief that you need to struggle and experience suffering in order to achieve success in your life. </p>



<p>Things don’t need to be HARD unless we want them to be. I have personally noticed over the month of October, my tendency to make things more difficult and complex than they need to be. I sat with this, through journalling and sharing with my close friends, and realised this came from needing to be IN CONTROL of every detail and exercising my WILL versus my TRUST in the process and the GOOD in life.&nbsp;</p>



<p>A reminder to you today and for the next few weeks – <em>allow yourself to feel cherished, because you really are.&nbsp;</em>&nbsp;</p>



<p>Spend time outside, with the trees, winds, oceans, sky, birds, and sun. Sit. Breath. Feel into your big beautiful heart. This is all you need to be.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Tip to enhance this process:&nbsp;</p>



<p>Remove the belief ‘things are always hard for me’ and replace it with the powerful affirmation of ‘I accept challenges with ease and grace, I love learning about myself!’&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
