A chance to slow down and contemplate

The final month of Winter has greeted us. A month that intuitively feels like an opportunity to start to gather the learnings, growth, and reflect on what you have let go of over the last two months. A final pruning opportunity for you!

And very naturally, as you create space to contemplate, you are also simultaneously creating space to bring more of what’s good and BEST for you in your life.

I encourage you to sit with the below questions and write your responses down to assist you in this reflection practice. 

What have you released for GOOD?

Where do you feel a little lighter in your life compared to how you were feeling back in June?

Where have you applied your ‘no’s’ more often than usual?

What strategies, resources, people, and environments have supported your new becoming? What ones have you let go of?

Knowing Spring is around the corner; a season of seeds starting to grow and gain momentum, new life coming into form, and liveliness starting to build – ENJOY these final weeks of the solitude season.

My suggestions: 

Take it slow.
Be SUPER kind to yourself.
Bring more tenderness into your day.
Savour the pauses.
Embrace simply BEING here now, and
