It's 9pm and you're writing the Christmas list in your head instead of resting

You've been running a full house since January. Your calendar has no gaps until Christmas, and when you finally sit down, your mind keeps going.

Your body can only slow down when it feels safe to. Safe to Slow Down is two hours designed for exactly that: a gentle breath journey to bring you back into your body, followed by sound healing to carry you all the way down. Held by two mums who know how full a life can get.

Come as you are. Leave with space in you, not just on the calendar.

The breath

What breathwork helps with

Breathwork works with your body, not just your mind, which is why it can move things talking alone often can't reach.

Releasing tension you didn't even know you were holding

The kind that's been sitting in your body so long it started to feel normal.

Building real safety and stability in your body

A felt sense of ground beneath you, not just an idea of it.

Working through inherited patterns and stuck loops

The ones that keep looping no matter how much you “know better.”

Regulating your nervous system

So calm becomes your baseline, not something you have to fight your way back to.

Moving you into bliss and joy

Often faster, and more easily, than you'd expect.

A new relationship with your body

Awe instead of avoidance.

The sound

What a sound bath can offer

  • Deep rest

A chance to let your whole body settle into a rest that is hard to find in a full week.

  • A quieter mind

The sound gives a busy mind something gentle to follow, so the constant list-making can fade.

  • Easing stress

Space to let go of the tension the year has asked you to carry.

  • Grounding and inner connection

A sense of coming back to yourself, steadier and more connected inside.

  • Meditation without effort

You simply lie down and receive. No technique to get right, nothing to do.

Now it looks like this

  • You walk out to the car with nowhere to be for a minute
  • Your shoulders are lower and your breath is deeper
  • You walk into December with space in you, not just on the calendar

A note from your hosts

Written feedback

Words from past breathwork events

Experiences shared after previous breathwork events with Olivia.

The experience

“It couldn't have been better timing or more magical, having the ocean right there. Getting to witness you and your power was so beautiful. To receive it was so incredible, and it was just fun. I even shared a few tears and then was laughing because it was just incredible.”

Leaving the session

“As I left, I called my partner and said, 'I love my life. I'm so happy.'”

Releasing the lineage weight

“The breathwork cleared it out: leave what's not for you, and feel how the ancestors are celebrating you where you have landed. They want this joy for you, even if they never had it themselves. I felt this big release of not needing to carry that weight, and feeling the support instead.”

Meeting every version of myself

“The visual shifted into my own timeline, from me as a baby to me as an elder. All versions of myself were there celebrating each other. Yep, this is literally why you were here.”

Integration in the body

“I could feel it integrating during the session. The rest time felt really critical too. I could feel myself interacting with different meridians to really ground it in.”

Completion

“It felt like completion yesterday. Something really clicked, the shift happened, and then what I'm ready to be came through.”

Deeply present

“I felt lots happening physically and energetically in the breathing, but I wasn't going anywhere in my mind this time. No visions, just very, very present.”

Choosing gentleness

“I asked myself, is this something I'm meant to push through? Then I thought, no, I want it to be gentle. So I switched to mouth breathing, and I think I needed the combo of both.”

The golden return

“The rest period at the end felt so extraordinary. On my final breath it was like I returned, and I felt this golden glow move through my ribs and heart.”

After

“I wasn't wired or restless, just genuinely wide awake. I think everything was settling, and I'm actually more energised than usual.”

Gratitude

“It's been such an incredible journey. I feel so blessed to have you as such a supporter and guide. I can't thank you enough for holding me, watching me grow and supporting me.”
