Nine weeks. A small, held group. A private platform to hold you between sessions.
Through EMDR Therapy, Breathwork & Somatic Therapy, Energy Healing & Reiki, and Akashic and Emerald Akashic Record transmissions, you’ll clear the inherited loops that were never yours to carry, receive the frequency of who you’re becoming, and let it land in the body - for good.

Four live G-TEP sessions — group EMDR — internal process work alongside education on being resourced to live optimally, rather than stuck in past experience.
Living FULL OUT
Three Akashic and Emerald Akashic Records transmissions, channeled into the field of the whole group.

Two live breathwork journeys, held in your own space, integrating everything that's surfaced across the container.

There's something that happens in a room of people doing this work together that doesn't happen alone. You get to witness completion in someone else and feel your own nervous system register: this is possible. You get to be witnessed the same way.
We hold a simple agreement in this container: we cross-share the good — the shifts, the insights, the wins — but we don't add to each other's load by sharing disturbance outward. That keeps the field resourcing, not draining.
For lineage work especially, there's something powerful about clearing inherited patterns in the presence of others who are doing the same — it stops being just yours to carry, and starts being witnessed as part of something bigger.

Olivia is a former psychologist and soul-based practitioner who works with clients at major life threshold moments — identity shifts, career transitions, the motherhood passage. Her practice integrates EMDR, somatic work, breathwork, Emerald Akashic Records work, and Soul Retrieval — psychology to understand what's happening, soul work to go where psychology alone can't reach.
